We stand by the quality of our handcrafted products, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Imperfections only add to the beauty of a handcrafted product. The beads and other elements may vary slightly. Metal Beads, all the various elements & fabrics are always different from each other.
We have a NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE policy, as every product is strictly inspected for quality and packed with care to deliver at your address still we are there to hear you out, for the same please share the continuos unboxing video of the outer courier package showing the tamper proof seal for any Qc related issue.

Please also understand that monitors are tuned differently and colours that you see on your screen may be close but not 100% same in the actual product. The unique characteristics are an inherent part of the charm and artistry of handcrafted products, not defects.
Refunds are not provided for the time or labour involved in product creation.
Eligibility for a Refund
Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our apparel, jewelry, bags, home décor we only offer refunds. In the rare event that you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage from shipping, you may be eligible for a refund. To be considered for a refund, you must:
- Notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order by emailing info@coloursutradesigns.com.
- In your email, you must provide a detailed description of the issue and include the continuos unboxing video of the outer courier package showing the tamper proof seal unboxing video and clear photographs to help us assess the damage or defect.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. We will not issue refunds for wear and tear, accidental damage, or lost items.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES
- Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
- The package refused by the recipient.
- Sizing issues. Thus, please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Minor color and design variation. All products are handmade and use metal beads and various other elements so there may be some variation from the images on our website.
- If the jewellery is found not faulty or damaged by our QC team.
CANCELLATIONS
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests.
Processing Your Refund
Once your request is received, we will conduct a stringent quality check. If the defect or damage is confirmed, we will send you an email confirming that the refund has been accepted. The item(s) must be returned unworn and in perfect condition (aside from the reported defect/damage) and in its original packaging.
Refund Amount & Non-Refundable Platform Fees
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Please be aware that all refunds will be issued for the original purchase price of the product, minus any payment gateway or platform fees incurred during the initial transaction. These fees are charged by our payment service provider (Razorpay) to process the transaction and are non-refundable to us, even if a refund is issued. As such, these fees are also non-refundable to the customer.
Example: If an item costs ₹5,000 and the platform fee is 2% (₹100), your refund amount will be ₹4,900.
