We deliver domestic orders within India through Delhivery, DTDC, BLUEDART and international orders via DHL Express, FedEx, or Aramex. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Book post or Speed post.
All products at Coloursutra designs are handcrafted by skilled artisans, so please be patient with us as we try to get your pieces ready perfectly and as quickly as possible with care.
There are multiple process involved in making a product at Coloursutra designs, and it takes time and patience before completion, and we do a thorough quality check before sending.
At Coloursutra designs, we offer a blend of ready-to-dispatch and made-to-order pieces.
Shipping Timelines:
- Ready-to-Dispatch: These pieces typically ship within 3-4 business days, and further the delivery within India usually takes an additional 2-5 business days depending on your location.
- Made-to-Order: Each made-to-order piece is crafted especially for you. For custom made pieces, the delivery timeline varies based on order volume and complexity. Standard production and dispatch time is 14 to 22 days. Estimated production and delivery times are specified on the product page. Please refer to the individual product page for the most accurate timeline. Delivery within India usually takes an additional 2-5 business days after the production is complete, depending on your location.
- Tracking details will be emailed once your order is shipped.

- Please note that this timeline does not include public holidays and Sundays.
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping within India is complimentary for orders above INR 4,999, while a flat fee of INR 150 applies to orders below this amount.
- For international orders, shipping is free for orders above INR 30,000; otherwise, a flat fee of INR 3,200 is charged.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges and duties as per the rules of the shipping destination and will be borne by the customer over and above the shipping charges paid at checkout. These fees are typically assessed by the destination country at the time of import. The rates vary depending on the country and the type of product, and therefore cannot be pre-determined or communicated. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office, or with the carrier, in advance to estimate any potential costs.
- Any documents required by the local authorities (residing country) for customs clearance, will have to be arranged by the customer. In case of unavailability of the document, if the delivery of the order is denied by the local airport authorities, Coloursutra designs will not be liable for any refund.
- In the event of delivery failure due to the customer's unavailability or refusal to accept the delivery, Coloursutra designs assumes no responsibility for refunds or additional charges for repeated re-attempted delivery. The order will be considered abandoned by the courier company.
If you want express shipping, please WhatsApp at +91 9217942159 us to request. We can only comply if it would be possible for expedited shipping in your zip code. It may take extra INR 400 per kg for next day shipping.
Order Status & Tracking
An email confirmation will be sent after you place an order and another one when it is dispatched, along with the tracking number.
You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our logistics partners.
There might be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide correct contact number and complete address with pincode selected upon checkout so that the courier company can contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Issues:
We work with third party vendors for faster delivery but are not responsible for delays caused by them as its not in our control.
