PRICING POLICY FOR ONLINE MERCHANDISE

At Coloursutra designs, we're committed to offering shopping convenience, exceptional service and an exciting product selection.

GST

GST in India on our products (jewelry) is 3%, and 18% on apparel above INR 2500 and others as applicable as per the Government of India norms. All our Prices are Inclusive of GST.

ONLINE PAYMENT

All payments on https://www.coloursutradesigns.com are securely processed. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

CREDIT CARD DETAILS

You agree, understand, and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on the Site will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to us. Coloursutra designs commits to keeping the information provided by you confidential and assures you that it will not be shared by us with any third parties unless required for fraud investigations or by law, regulation or court order. We will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the responsibility to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Although, if you wish to modify your order, please connect on WhatsApp +91 9217942159 and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted for making we cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Coloursutra designs and accepts Coloursutra designs decision regarding the cancellation.

REFUND & EXCHANGE

All pre-orders and customized orders will require full payment at the time of order confirmation.
There will be no return /exchange /replacement on pre-orders or customized orders.
We will not be able to refund or exchange products received in used condition.
We will not be able to exchange or return products with minor color and design variation. Due to the differences in displays of computers / laptops / phones or due to photographic lighting sources, the color of the image and product may slightly differ. Please understand that each product is handcrafted by traditional craftsmen and hence can have certain imperfections that only add to the product's beauty.
We will not be able to refund if the shipping address is found incorrect or outdated.
Please note that all the prices are excluding shipping charges.
Please Note: In case of international shipping – taxes and duties, charges will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
